  • Booking your stay is simple and fully online. Start by choosing a room or flat, select your dates and include a comment with the number of guests. Once you’re happy, you can confirm the booking and pay the deposit securely in just a few clicks.
  • After confirmation you’ll receive a booking summary and check-in details by email. Closer to your arrival, we’ll share access instructions and any house rules, so you know exactly what to expect. If you have questions at any stage, our team is here to help.

Before you book
  • By sending a booking request you confirm that you have read and agreed to our Renting Policy and house rules.📄
  • We only offer short-term stays - the maximum length of stay is 30 nights per booking.📆
  • Guests must provide a valid form of government-issued photo ID before or at check-in.🆔
  • No parties, events or loud gatherings are allowed in any property.🚫
  • The number of guests must match your booking, and additional guests are not permitted without our prior approval.👥
  • Check-in and check-out times must be respected, and late check-out is subject to availability and may incur a fee.
  • A security deposit may be required for some stays, as stated in the Renting Policy.💳
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the property unless clearly marked otherwise.🚭
  • Pets are only allowed in selected properties and must be confirmed in advance.🐾
